Let me first start off by saying, that these folks here are truly as professional as they come! Mindi, the paralegal is by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, and personable person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any law firm! They truly worked hard to get my speeding ticket (30 mph over the speed limit) dismissed, which is unheard of where I am from up North. Due to CoVid and other restrictions my case kept getting pushed till over a year later. In that time frame, Mindi kept assuring me that everything is fine from their end and once they go to court she will let me know. I was able to communicate with Mindi and the law firm via email and phone, I never had to go to their office or even court. I spoke to many attorney offices when I received the citation and never felt at ease or comfortable with any of the other ones. They truly are great from communication to their solid work ethic.
